This is this greatest thing straight out of the box. Im beyong happy I got it. The texture is great(I cant do all textures) and the instant coolness without having to put it in the freezer is awesome. You can heat or freeze it. So worth it!! Product quality: Amazing.

I highly recommend this product. It is well made and made of safe and very comfortable materials. The cooling gel feature is impressive and maintains the desired temperature for a long time. It is especially effective in relieving headaches. All in all, this is an amazing product at a great value!

Love that the gel doesn't become solid but still gets very cold and lasts a decent amount of time! Compression without feeling too tight. I think it's comfy. The ability to adjust the top is very nice!

Muy buen sillón, solo que en el transporte al parecer el transportista no lo manipuló correctamente y le rompió un cierre. Pero lo pude solucionar. Deben hablar con el transportista pq si le hicieron varios agujeros al sillón. En cuanto a funcionamiento 100/100 hasta ahora.
