Took 3xs ordering before I actually got it. Customer service was not much help. Kept saying it was going to be delivered before xmas & a few days later they canceled my whole order & gave a refund.First time I was able to order the mixer cup & coaster as a set now you have to purchase separately

Haven’t been able to use the items due to only half my order being sent. Ordered both items on the same day hours apart and this was the second order that I received weeks later. Still don’t know when I will receive the coaster, to actually see if it works!

Love the concept of this and it worked great the first few times we used it. However, the bar is coaster no longer recognizes. We cannot use it to make drinks. When we place the glass it automatically disconnects. So sad wanted to love this and seems like a great concept not fully viable yet.

No me fue funcional. A pesar de pagar 45 dólares, solo me llegó el vaso y no la base. Le reclame al proveedor y me dijeron que eso no era su problema, ya que yo había pedido solo el vaso, cosa ilógica, porque pague el máximo. Debía haver devuelto la compra, pero pedí la base, 29 dólares mas. Fin 74

Barsys continually advertises their products like crazy but they have been unable to actually SHIP their coasters for months - everyone is complaining. This product is useless without the coaster.

Very neat glass. Sit it on the barsys coaster and it stirs as you pour stuff in. Keeps the drink mixed perfectly. Love it!!
