I did not receive the laptop sleeve with my items and I specifically paid for the sleeve to be included so my daughter can carry her MacBook to school without damaging it

Since this is my first time at the Mac Air rodeo so far so good. At first I was a little frustrated but I finally mad it past the Voce over aspect. I can easily see the convenience and ease of use from other PCs like HP, Asus, etc. The produce came on time and in a beautiful box to reuse just in case you have a move of sorts fits perfectly. I slap purchased the case to go with it which is super convenient because you can still charge while in the case! It has an interesting charger that is magnetized and easy to connect and disconnect...holds well. Gratitude to PLUG for making these computers available at such a phenomenal price! will definitely shop here again as well as pass on the great experience with friends and family. CRG
