Love the product. But i buy like 14pcs shampoo and conditioner plus 2 bar soap and the bundle of the mist. And also the container for the bar soap, the packaging was so bad that it came but one or 2 of the shamppo or conditioner opened and it spilled all over the box. Smh!

I wasn't quite ready to make the switch to solid shampoo and conditioner yet, so I decided to try the bottled stuff first. I really liked this shampoo and conditioner! The smell is energizing to me and it makes my hair feel really clean and light. If I could change anything, I'd make the bottles a little easier to squeeze, or make it easier to get the last little bit of shampoo/conditioner out of the bottle (when it gets towards the end, it is hard to get it out, which feels a little wasteful). I liked this so much, it made me feel positively toward the company, so I decided to go for it and try the solid stuff!

Love love love these! I bought this for myself, but my son ran out of his shampoo and conditioner (he has thick, curly, frizz prone hair). He has now switched over to this because it’s is the only shampoo and conditioner (we’ve tried lots!) that works for his hair! He wakes up with no frizz, no knots! Tried the liquid vice the bar to see if it was different. Still the same results. We use this one at home more often than the bars but bring the bars on trips, lighter and easier to deal with when traveling and it is like taking 2 or 3 bottles with you without the bulk or weight.

I purchased this for my daughter to try, its been so difficult finding a shampoo that works for her hair. Before using kitsch her very fine hair would get tangles so quickly, she was having to wash every day to keep it from looking greasy, she had an itchy scalp honestly it was a mess and for a preteen it was a nightmare. Queue the tea tree mint shampoo and conditioner. The first time she used it she came out of the shower saying "mama the conditioner like melted the tangles." After two or three uses she was able to wash it every couple days. It was no longer getting tangled or greasy, her scalp isnt itchy anymore. It smells wonderful. I love that they have the bottles available because she probably wouldn't have been so willing if it was bars. Long story short it works, give it a try!
