I love this iron! When my son's doctor put him an iron and wanted him on ferrous sulfate I told her I wanted him on this form instead. She looked at me quizzically and asked how I knew about this form. She then reduced his dose telling me this was more effective, but they didn't prescribe it bc it was more expensive. The only drawback is the extreme price! I am a widow living on SS and this takes a significant percentage of my income trying to keep my children healthy. I wish they would come out with large bottles! (We go through around 10 per month!)

Started giving these to my 6 year old who is the pickiest eater and vitamin taker. He loves them! Highly highly recommend. He doesnt eat meat so i feel comfortable giving him the 18mg a day versus the 10mg a day recommended for his age range.

I bought it for my son (15 months old) because we couldn’t make him to take drops from others brands and he needs to take 36mg of iron per day so we crush the pill and mix it with a few tsp of peanut butter in morning and evening and he takes it without any issues! I’m so happy I came across with this brand.
