I've always had trouble taking the complex and avoided it because of GI problems that resulted and nausea just from the smell of a b complex vitamin. My sister had given me half of one of her ez melts b complex to try out. It did not give me nausea or acid reflux. I was thrilled when I tried a whole ez melt Bcomplex and still had no trouble. Then I went and bought my own bottle and can now take B complex. Readily melts in the mouth and no stomach upset for me.
