I have transverse myletis. I'm fortunate to have a mild case. But my left hand is still numb and tingling. The properties of lions mane are good for nerve damage. I was very skeptical, but decided to try it. I find that when I drink the lions mane coffee with a packet of think instant to fortify it, that it helps to gain more feeling back in my hand. My interest is medicinal. It seems to work and it is all natural.

I love this coffee. It has made my mood so much happier. It was funny or strange, but after I switched to four sigmatic and specifically the “think” branded coffees, my mood improved exponentially. I didn’t take defeats as defeats, and I take time to way my options. Love this brand and its products.

I was on the hunt for a mushroom coffee after my husband had tried another brand and was not having any digestion issues. I tried his but it was too much like the taste and texture of dirt. I discovered Four Sigmatic and have been very happy with it. I first used the coffee latte packets for a vacation and have never looked back. I order both the instant coffee and the coffee latte packets. I alternate them throughout the week. They are easy to use and taste great. AND I am not having the gut issues I had with regular coffee. I also like the website. Easy to use and full of information on the product and company.

Flavor is good and I don’t get any jitters. Giving a three because I have to use two packages to get flavor instead of one essentially doubling the cost.
