I took BPC-157 Rapid Pro 500MCG 2 weeks before My ACL/meniscus surgery, as well as three weeks after. I am now 5 weeks post surgery and I have healed up fairly quick and I am making good progress with my physical therapy. BPC is not a miracle product, but paired with proper PT/exercise regiment it works wonders. An added benefit I found is that I didn't lose any muscle while I took the first 4 weeks off from weightlifting. After being back for a week I'm basically right where I left off from a strength/physique standpoint.

While this isn't an immediate fix, I do believe this helped my lower back get to a better place than it has been in years. Did I also correct my training? Yes. But even with that, I think this has helped my body heal itself. To anyone on the fence, I highly recommend you try this, knowing it may take a good month to really kick in, if not going through the entire bottle when you start to feel some relief. While these aren't super expensive, they aren't exactly giving these away either. However, imagine what a couple doctor's visits will cost you - my two cents. I plan to get on a cycle of these about twice a year for maintenance for weightlifting wear and tear.

I hurt my left shoulder while doing push-ups and couldn't lift my left arm for weeks. I couldn't even do therapy or rehab. After starting a 157 cycle, the pain has subsided and I feel improved range of motion. Make sure to have this on an empty stomach for best results. I generally take it when I wake up mid-morning to use the bathroom, then go back to bed.
