Both brushes are extremely soft and feel amazing on the skin. The large buffer blends all products evenly leaving a smooth look to the skin. The round foundation brush allows you to effortlessly apply foundation in a swirling motion which seems to hide bigger and more stubborn pores more than any other technique I have found.

I am a makeup junkie. I already have way too many expensive brushes in my collection. With the buzz around these brushesI needed to try them out. These are seriously artist brushes. The distribute makeup flawlessly without gobbling up a lot of your product. I'm 50, so for my aging skin they really help me achieve a smooth finish. My skin looks like skin. Wish I had found these ages ago.

I've bought just about every one, yes high end too that you can buy and nothing performed the way I wanted them to, until I finally broke down and bought the BK Beauty contoured foundation brush and I will be destashing the other brushes i have. The quality of the brush (all three I purchased) is excellent. The bristles are soft on my face, it does a great job applying product and cleans up very well. I love the feel of the brush in my hand - gives me good control and distribution of foundation. Welp! Thanks to Lisa J ( I’m your number one fan!) my foundation game finally after years and years of trial, error and frustration, has become clutch! While my husband was diagnosed and has been being treated for a rare form of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, I threw myself into my passion of make up and really wanted to use it as my art outlet during such an awful time. The only thing I truly couldn’t get was foundation, even though I had been using BK beauty brushes this entire time. But then I got this buffer set and man, I have never felt more confident or seen my face look more flawless! I’m in Texas too, so I need my make up to 10 hours a day in this climate. The way these two brushes allow the foundation to adhere into my skin, is unprecedented I’ve never seen anything like it! I don’t think you understand, from the bottom of my heart, how much it means to me that you care about putting out such incredible products that make us women feel at our best when other things are going the worst.

Good brushes don’t have to be rough! These are the softest, most effective brushes I’ve ever used. All the brushes are geared toward specific uses but can also be used differently. I have many BK brushes and the quality is second to none. I actually look forward to spending time on my makeup now! I gave away all my other brand brushes and now BK are the only ones I use. And the service is INCREDIBLE! Return policy, communication and quality are incomparable!

I love the large buffer brush. This is my spare. I’m not to fond of the foundation brush for liquids. It too soft, but it is great for blending powder and applying loose powder.

The jury is still out. I ended up ordering brushes that are for foundation and they work well for that. I also got 2 for blush and am waiting for 1. The other is great. The 106 came with the buffer brush and I like the 106 but can’t return the buffer because they were a set. It doesn’t smooth things out as I had hoped. The real problem is my skin. Its not great.
