They tell you it takes a short time for delivery, however my walking pad sat for almost a whole week waiting to be picked up by the 'carrier'. No one could tell me what was going on with it. Theyngave me the option to wait ANOTHER 7 days and then I would be considered for a refund. It wasn't until I told them I would report them as fraudulent that they finally got the item moving.
