Fits loosely in the cap and I thought I read it was silicone because that’s what I was searching for but it’s actually plastic, it works I just wish I would have read more closely and that it fit more snug in the lid.

My order just arrived. I was so excited to open it and try the honey dripper. The box says to use your thumbs to "pop" the plastic insert top of the honey dripper. I don't need my thumbs because the metal lid part is to big. It comes off when you unscrew the top, then you have the plastic top of the honey dripper to lift and drip ... I had hoped for it to work as noted. It is annoying but the rest of my order was as expected.

Love this lid! Easy to clean and seems very durable. I am using it on a 16oz jar and while it fits, it is a tad too long for 16oz. Not enough to be a problem though.

We received our honey dipper. I have been looking for one for a while... so I was really excited to see that Mason jar company, had one. Didn't want the metal dipper, because it's metal and that's not good for honey. So happy it didn't take long at all coming to the mail. Opened it up and to my surprise it was from China. Really? Well when I pulled it out, it was plastic. Oh I guess it's what I get.

The product itself seems of very high quality, however it is too tall to fit in a regular size jar. I’d have to use a quart jar which would actually be way too big for my needs. I’m currently looking for a jar that this item can fit in properly. Also I’d like to say that the owners of this business were extremely helpful and courteous.

This seems very high quality but it is slightly too long for a standard mason jar. I had to cut the last disc off of it for it to fit and the lid to close on the jar. Now it works great though.

Unfortunately this honey dipper didn't fit the jar. It's a great idea, but didn't work out like I thought it could.

The lid that came with my honey dipper doesn't fit it. It looks to me like it's a replacement jar ring. Anyhow, the dipper is suppose to "snap" into the ring but it doesn't and the whole thing falls apart when you try to use it. A disappointing mess.
