Think of this as chap stick for dogs. My golden lets me put on his nose and feet without issue. I can tell it has helped soften his paw pads and nose. It must taste ok because he likes to lick his nose after. Easy to open and easy to apply.

I was shipped the wrong item. No big deal it happens. I contacted them, they said they would ship the correct item and gave me a tracking number. Over the course of a few days the tracking number never worked, they said usps lost it. They sent me a new tracking number and when I checked it, it said item was delivered in a parcel locker at a post office in the wrong state. When I questioned it they insisted it was delivered, which it was but not to me. Too many games played and too many weeks lost trying to get the correct item. Never again.
