The box it arrived in looked like this set had been used. Upon further inspection, it did not appear to be used but new. I verified the charging cable worked on the clippers. The light works and I am able to see my baby’s blood vessels nicely. 2 maybe 3 things I wish this included. 1. A storage case 2. a safety cap for the entire clipper head 3. a clip to keep the handles together which could eliminate the need for a safety cap. All 2 or maybe 3 things I would definitely may a little more for. Overall this is a wonderful purchase.

Arrived quickly and in tact. It's super cute! It does what I need it to do which is to hold my kitten safely still long enough for me to cut his nails. Mission accomplished! Performance: It works! Better than expected. Usage: Once I got him on it and tucked into it (he didn't make it easy) he kind of just relaxed into it and let me cut his nails.
