My husband really likes this product. Here is why I can only give three stars. I received this product damaged. The tube is has a hole in it. Needless to say, it makes a mess and the product gets wasted. Since it is an expensive product this is a problem. I called the company for a replacement, however it was automated and only gave instructions to corespond via email. I made three attempts and all three were rejected. The packing slip has no return instructions. Seems there is
really no way for me to get a replacement. We’ll see if this company really reads these reviews. I hope they do and will send a replacement. Feeling kinda ripped off. PLEASE SEND A REPLACEMENT!!! My order number is 529821.

Simply Awful! Take away the zero and make it a one. Felt like I was putting glue or paste into my hair the first time I used it. Tried it again the next morning thinking my experience might be different...same result.

Unfortunately my experience has not been great. The cap did not seal properly after I used it the first time and the gel itself is too viscous. It should be smoother which would make it easier to apply and not stick in my hair. This happens even if I use just a little bit of the product.
