The handles are entirely too bulky and heavy. I prefer the weight to be fully in the rope not the handles. Apart from that I enjoy the rope.

Ordered a Muay Thai rope 2.0 - found out after receiving it that this specific rope is not adjustable. Very surprised a shop called 'Elite' would sell a non-adjustable and inferior jump rope and not include this major detail in the description (it is noted in the specs but nothing in description). 3.0 is apparently adjustable but not the 2.0. Customer service responded to me by informing me that they won't process returns or exchanges for Canadian orders, too bad so sad for me. Be sure to read through the fine print very carefully before ordering from here. I won't shop here again.

I'm getting back into jumping rope as part of a rehab project and thought I'd try the weighted rope to incorporate more upper body into the workouts. It is definitely doing that, and I'm working harder and getting out of breath sooner, which is also a plus. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is easier for me to coordinate my jumping with the rope turning. It is particularly noticeable when i work on my criss cross jumps and my attempts to learn how to jump backwards as well as forwards.

Only downside is I don't use a matt so the plastic breaks through from hitting the ground. I go through 1-2 of these a year. Still worth it to me. Oh, and the price for these have skyrocketed within the past few years. Still worth it to me though. Elite Jumps itself has always been great. Always get my packages fast and consistent. Great for incorporating into my bloomsday training. Use it to strengthen all my muscles including the heart. The weight is perfect to mix in with calisthenics like jog in place and jumping jacks. Built in my home state of washington so I am able to sponsor local too.

New jumper. Love this rope. I had some skinnier ones, and this one is 1000 x nicer and easier to use. I love the extra weight, and the length was perfect. It's shorter than my others but so much better. It makes it easy to want to jump rope due to the ease of its movement. Highly recommend.

I own several different ropes with both the current and older "Elite SRS" branding, along with one of their jump rope mats. I'm a fitness jumper that enjoys learning some simple tricks, and for me these ropes have a great price-to-quality ratio. I can't imagine ever wearing out a rope purchased here (Note: I do avoid jumping on abrasive surfaces), which I can't say for many other ropes I've owned in the past. And, even if I did wear one out, you can buy any individual parts from their website shop. My experience with their customer service has also been excellent. Shipping is always very fast. I recently made an order that was shipped to me incomplete. The customer service department responded to my email within a few hours, and I had received my missing item in the mail 2 business days later. They've earned a lifelong customer here. My only minor criticisms/suggestions to the company would be that: 1) I wish the 1lb Muay Thai rope had more grippy handles, similar to the 2lb version (I put some spare racket grip tape on mine to remedy this), and 2) a traditional wooden handled leather rope would be a nice addition to jump rope offerings.

The 10' ropes are too long for me at 6'3". Get the 9' foot ropes if you are my height. Also, unpackage the ropes as soon as you receive them as per other reviewer. The quality of jump ropes is very good. Hoever, I am disappointed that I have three ungainly/unusable ropes.
