Using the 1 and 2 lb. ropes is tougher than it looks. Your arms and shoulders certainly get a workout, especially with the 2 lb. ropes. Jennika, Chad and Simone make it look easy but I'm telling you it's a challenge. I have the regular and ropeless versions and enjoy them both.

I love the Crossropes, from 1/4 lb to 2 lb. They are easy to change, the AMP handles are accurate and pair very well with the app. The only downside is that the handles become a little squeaky after a certain time, so be sure to run a quick maintenance on them every now and then.

I like heavy ropes because I can feel my upper back & shoulders working, also though they are more work to turn ,I can feel where they are & seldom step on them. Speed ropes drive me crazy

I must admit that I am disappointed with the LE Rope. I use the Get Lean set regularly and thought the LE would add to my workouts. However, the LE tangles easily and I haven't been able to incorporate it into my program. I like the color options and was eager to give it a try but it hasn't met my optimisms. I have promoted Crossropes to my friends but I can't do that with the LE.

I love my ropes! The quality is the best in the business and their customer support is second to none. They are so communicative and ALWAYS help if you have any questions. I have the Get Fit Bundle and the Speed LE Set and am getting the Speed LE Pro set as well. The ropes don't feel cheap and are well worth the premium they ask for them. The app is also worth the $10 a month because it has so many different workouts.

Definitely a stand out versus the usual freestyle ropes. Also, the ropes are much higher in quality and the handles and design are far from the competition. More so you would really save a lot of hassle from its tangle-free rope design

I bought this rope so I have one at work. I like to jump daily and if I have to go into work early and can’t get my jump in I will just use this to jump. The rotation of the rope is just right. You fit the rope to your size and go from there.
