Runs a bit small if you have some love handles and will rise if you run. Didn't stop me from wearing it. Makes you sweat like crazy. I lost inches quick! I had gained 15 lbs and this sweat vest helped me lose it within 2 months! Working out speeds the process.
I'm 5'2" and weight 145 now. The Vest fits amazingly and I love it!

I have been wearing the vest for the past 2 days while walking and when I'm done I have been drenched in sweat. I absolutely love this vest!! It fits perfectly. I chose to wear it outside of a long sleeve shirt because wearing it right on my skin, it was uncomfortable to my underarms, but I don't even feel it with a shirt underneath. I definitely recommend the Zipper Heat Trapping Sweat Vest!!
