Product is not exactly what I was expecting not sure it gets hot enough which then makes you have to do small sections. And how ever it was shipped a guy in a reg car delivered but the package and box was tore open I guess to see what it was.

Hair Effect: Love it! When I curled my hair prior to using this automatic curling tool my curls would loosen before I even got to my destination. This morning I woke up with full bouncy curls.
