Last 5 years always had bp in the 130s/ 85 range, occasionally being able to get in in the high 120s tried many different supplements in an attempt to help lower my bp. I started to notice the last 6 months my bp was on average plus 10 systolic, I got to the point I was no longer able to bring my systolic down into the 120s. I’m 35 and wanted to get ahead of it, I try to eat right and would be considered a runner by your average person, to no avail exercise and healthy eating habits did not seem to make much of a dent. I reviewed the ingredients and felt comfortable with it, knowing about various benefits of each item. Started taking the product at 2 servings a day for about 5 days, I notice a drop in both systolic and diastolic, I started taking 1 serving a day for the rest of the bottle. After 2 weeks I am constantly on normal range, I check my bp with a OMRON 2x a day, resting for 5 min before hand as your supposed before doing a reading and I’m consistently in the normal range, last reading was 116/70. Additionally, for the last 4 years I have started to struggle with cholesterol issues, as the rest of my family is on cholesterol meds, I had my levels checked this past august 2021, 209 total with 120 ldl, with 140 a year prior. I’ve taken various products in the past, phytosterols, etc. and they seemed to slowly and temporarily help. I have lessened my carb intake but I’ve done that in the past. I got my levels checked again a week ago and my total was 143, ldl 77. This product has been really the only added thing to my diet and I feel it has contributed to this results. Bottom line I recommend this product, I even tried the organic beet root nitric oxide powder and found that to only temporarily help me, but this heart health supplement I will continue to take this regularly. Even if you don’t have issues with bp, the ingredients by themselves are beneficial to anyone. I guess the combination is what makes this work

After reading the reviews, I have now made 4 orders. I have purchased several bundles and started a daily regimen of pills and beet juice beginning March 24th. I am currently taking three caps of Heart Health, morning and night; two caps of Nitric Oxide, morning and night; plus drinking Nitric Oxide Organic beet juice at lunchtime - giving the triple whammy. Unfortunately, my blood pressure has not lowered in the slightest - and this is after nearly a month. The promo says lower your blood pressure in seven days. Not everyone. I am not giving up, just ordered another bunch of bundles. Will let you know if or when it works.
