This is a beloved blend in our home for headaches, of course, but also sore, tense muscles anywhere that need a little care. We mix it up in a lotion base, sometimes adding in some Copaiba and black pepper for just a bit of a boost. It’s great, too, for tummy turmoils, even those not related to headaches.

One of my friends friends gifted me head ease last year. I tend to get tension headaches when my anxiety is high or when I’m exhausted. I tried this and immediately was obsessed. I recently purchased this for my adult daughter who occasionally gets headaches. As a nurse, she doesn't want to pop ibuprofen or acetaminophen too often. I diffused this for her and she really loved the smell...asked whether I made the blend or whether it was pre-made. The headache started disappearing as she breathed it in and out. I’m a life long headache suffer and this blend helps me, it’s not a miracle but anything that helps is needed! I don’t like the scent of this, it’s smells sour to me but my husband loves it. I always diffuse it when a headache comes on. Sometimes I will just open the bottle and take some deep breathes!

I woke up with a backache this morning & applied this blend diluted with coconut oil & surprisingly it worked for my backache. It worked fast too. I've been using a different blend for the last year since learning about oils. I'm sooo happy I found Edans Garden, and this head ease synergy! In the diffuser or on my temples,forehead and jawline(for TMJ), this stuff works! I have sinus headaches all the time. This helps so much. Works great on my sinus headaches! I also bring a small bottle with me when traveling, and put some drops on a cotton ball on the hotel nightstand - it helps ease my allergy symptoms (to dust, down pillows, etc.), & I find the smell relaxing. As a side benefit, there was once a mosquito in my room - after I put out the cotton ball w/ the Head Ease on it, the mosquito took off for greener pastures. Win win win.

I am also one of those people that never writes reviews, but reads them all the time in hopes of finding out more of something works for others or not. This oil WORKS. I dilute 40 drops in a 10 ml rollerball with fractionated coconut oil, and all I do is rub on my temples, behind the ears, and back of neck and Bam, tension relieved. After using this oil for 2 years and always having it on hand, I have realized how best to utilize it. If you are beginning to feel the onset of a headache, rub this on right away before it hits big time, and somehow the pain disappears and leaves absolutely no trace behind. Now, if you already have been having a headache, rubbing this blend cuts the pain in half of not almost completely cutting it out. Now, if you have a migraine, this provides relief, and as you know, finding relief at all during a migraine is an actual miracle. The only other thing I can attest to relieving a migraine is feverfew extract (like 56 drops or so), but this blend is my single-most important oil in my collection from edens garden, next to digest-ease and the kid’s sleep version with the owl on the front of the bottle. This oil will convince even the most skeptical person of the amazing powers of essential oils. :)

I hardly have headaches, but today I woke up with a dozy. I whipped out head ease and put it in the diffuser and applied a small amount (with a carrier) to my temples. 30 minutes later I have relief!

Work has been a little tense lately and I'm starting to get stress headaches again. I mixed Head Ease with some extra drops of Eden's Peppermint oil ; blended with coconut oil as my carrier; put it in a rollerball and ahhhhhhhhh....... Roll it on the back of my neck and my temples. I LOVE that the scent is smooth and mild and lasts quite a long time, really carries me through.

I bought this to help with my hormonal headaches. It doesn't take it away, but it makes it manageable. That is a lifesaver at work. Also has everyone in the office craving a wintergreen lifesaver. lol. But the thing that makes this a 5 star for me is my husband suffers from massive migraines from sinus issues. When they hit he is out for the count for up to three days. I finally convinced him to try this. Just before dinner We put it on his face over his sinus area, temples and back of neck. We reapplied 2 hours later and again just before bed. He woke up without a headache! He re applied just to be safe, they never go away this fast, but had a great day!! Now he's asked me to order some to bring to his office!! So thankful for thisnbkebd!!!

I've been buying EG's oils for over a year and a half now (I have yet to try them all, but I do have quite the collection going on!) This one amazes me every time. I do believe I'm addicted to it! I have fibromyalgia and chronic neck pain that causes headaches. I woke up with one of those headaches one day and wanted to diffuse it in EG's nebulizer. I ended up spilling most of it (a brand new bottle!) all over my kitchen counter and floor while trying to get the plastic dropper off. I was pretty devastated. But by the time I got the mess cleaned up (5 minutes?), I didn't need to diffuse it. My headache was gone! Even the usual pain in my body was gone! It even cleared my sinuses! I honestly have not felt that great in a very long time! I now have it in a personal inhaler (I'm prepared for an oncoming headache!) I use it in my bath salts and bath fizzies. I like that it doesn't contain any phototoxic oils because I prefer to take baths in the morning while sipping my coffee. EG, I can't thank you enough for this blend! And it's a bonus that you offer it in the sets :)
