I have been feeling like I'm on overdrive lately....too much energy (mental and physical) to the point where I can't fall asleep at night. My mind is constantly racing...not really on negative things but just regular life. I originally bought this for my husband since he suffers with anxiety but I decided to try it on myself. I put it on my wrists, neck and temples and after a few hours I noticed a marked difference. I fell asleep happily while watching tv and I woke to move into bed and fell right asleep again and slept very comfortably. I will continue to use this...maybe I have to buy a new one for my husband.

I really feel like Anxiety Ease calms me. I keep it in my purse because my job tends to bring stressful moments. If I'm having anxious thoughts when I am trying to go to sleep, I apply it to my wrists and inside of my elbows. It has a light lemon scent that is sweet and pleasant. I almost wish it was a slightly stronger scent because I really like it.
