Steam let out is great. Smaller than I thought and the major down sides are the tools that come with it are small like quarter sized and the wider wand is like the same size as your hands put together making a rectangle with your thumb and finger the #1 down side is the steamismt constant or continuous you have to hold the trigger down while holding and carrying the steamer just to get any cleaning done. And the extended hose isn't long enough to keep the steamer on the seat or floor so you can steam higher places on walls or the sides and top of the couch even so the trigger issue
