I’m beyond frustrated with this order. The package was sealed from the sender but the box was damaged and clearly had been opened before. It says it came from Amazon, but it looks like it was used. The cup and other supplies were just thrown in a tied bag, not even properly packed.

Okay I have yet to try the steamer but the reason I'm giving such a low star is because there's water already inside of this and I'll show pictures. But why is there water already inside this product? I'm really confused right now. Did they use it before shipping it out?

I have opened my package and started playing with it immediately. I have been spring cleaning and well it’s not the best for walls. My iron top stove, not so good, my epoxy counters, not impressed either. I imagine it may work for minor things like cleaning a sink or a vehicle. We will see.

House been going through renovations so it’s today that I’m trying to clean and opened the box only to realize u guys sent me a used one. The water part even have water on it. So disappointed should have inspected it.

The main part was broken when it arrived, so I couldn't use it. The help number was disconnected, and after a week of emails, all I was offered was a small amount Amazon gift card. And you can't even find the replacement part! I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

I was very impressed with just how easy this cleaner was to use and how well it works on removing caked on grime. I love that you can add your own cleaner for a little extra scent.

I just opened my steamer for the first time & there appears to be moisture & possibly mold in the detergent compartment. I will update my review if this is recified.
