Recently wore this in Niagara Falls. Hair stayed dry and free free for the most part. I think the visor should removable (or maybe that's a different product I'm not aware of). I like that you can just flip it into a self-contained pouch however it was not quick (in my opinion) and when it stays moist for a while. Overall a very nice product to have if you are in and out of the elements!

I went to the Apple orchard with my family and I came prepared for it to rain. When I tell you it rained, I mean it poured down and I was really confident that my hair would be fine. It rained and I walked around picking apples for another hour. I thought “ oh no, what if I’m supposed to take this off my head? What if it’s not intended for extended wear once it’s wet?” Well that didn’t matter. When I finally took the Hairbrella off, my hair looked as if I hadn’t been out in the rain. My family was impressed. When they saw me with this contraption on my head, I could see that they doubted it would work, but later my mom asked me for information so that she could purchase one as well.
