I bought this scooter for my 9 year old. It's plenty fast and powerful for him. It also works well for me as I've stolen it a few times. The screen is nice and the little light in the front is cool too. Charge lasts a long time. Great starter scooter.

Bought this for my 24 y/o Grandson for Xmas. He lives near the beach. He wanted a scooter to get to beach instead of walking or driving there. I called him a few days ago to see how it was going b/c after reading a few bad reviews, I was worried. Let me tell you he loves it, he says he will not trade it for anything. I wish I could have gotten his girlfriend one too, because she has fell in love with it too. She says she has to slip and ride when he's at work...lol. maybe next year I can provide her one too. Yes you fulfilled my order days ago. However 2 out of the 3 scooters I ordered were wrong. Had to go through the hassle of sending them back. Now waiting on the rights one to come.

These scooters are really rad. Getting from point a to point b is no problem. Tired of paying high prices for parking at your favorite venue? Put the scooter in your trunk, park a mile or two away, and just scoot on in. It pays for itself. Great for the kids also. Customer service is stellar! A few minor issues here and there but Lydia had me rolling again in no time. She puts the “custom” in customer service by always taking care of me. Prompt responses and fast shipping are routine business for her. I am a customer for life!

I've purchased two of these scooters for my grandchildren. A great scooter with the speed and power for my twin 13 year old grandsons. One had a starting problem and I worked with SiderealY in the warranty department. We exchanged a few emails, requiring me to follow there rules for a replacement part. In the end I received the new part and the scooter was back in operation. They are living up to their two year warranty, I liked that.

I bought this scooter for my son and acts a while we experienced an issue. I was put in touch with Sidereal via email and he was amazing. Not only was he prompt with his responses, he was patient with me while we were trying to troubleshoot and I had no idea what I was doing! We remedied the situation and my son (and I) couldn’t have been happier. The scooter is great .. my son loves it. Sidereal was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

I contacted go trax about my scooter not turning on. I Immediately received an email back with troubleshooting advice. When that didn't work, Kayla asked for me to send a video of what was going on with my scooter. Kayla was promptly able to diagnose what was happening and sent the replacement peice as well as an installation video. I could not be more happy with the customer service I received for my product. I would happily buy from this company again based on the customer service I received.
