Bottle wasn’t full when it arrived. I did shake it before taking the photos so the liquid didn’t separate and look more empty. It just wasn’t a full bottle.

This is my second bottle. Love this product! I use this in combination with Versed face lotion…BEST ever for hydration!!! I have 50 year old skin and very dry skin. Both those products helped fix that. Can’t recommend enough!

I was a bit sceptical about using this but it goes well with the moisturiser, otherwise a little sticky. Make up stays on well with it though.

I got the smaller size and it doesn’t come in glass, I will be purchasing the full size one for the next time. The way it releases it frustrating. It squirts out so fast and because of the formula it slips out of your fingers so quickly I didn’t use the first squirts because it fell. If Merit can change their applicator it would help reduce the amount of product I would need to get out of the bottle. As of now I’m giving it a 2 just based on the frustration of the application. If the glass bottle came with a dropper that would solve the problem. I love the feel, it’s not greasy for being an oil based, and my skin agreed with the formula!

I purchased this on recommendation from NatashaB BMJ, seriously not sure what the hype is about. Its very light, feels almost watered down, nothing great and so not worth the price.

I was initially very excited about this product since it would combine 3 of my skincare steps into 1 (niacinimide+hyaluronic acid+moisturizer). I bought the miniature version to make sure I liked it and it worked with my skin before buying the full size product. I’m not sure what the bigger issue is or to what extent each issue is affecting the other - the dispenser for the product is really annoying. It squirts a lot of what is a very runny (like water) product onto your hands with a lot of pressure. The product also separates (see photo), and even after shaking it vigorously, it’s like the way the pump is designed it makes it hard for the product to be dispensed as a homogenized serum. When the product comes out, I can still see parts of the heavier oil-based part of the product beading up and coming out on its own separate from the more watery-like part of the product. My bigger frustration is the product pills (or clumps, rubs, etc. ) as you’re rubbing it onto your skin. And putting any product on top of it - whether it’s another Merit product like the Universal (their skin-tinted sunscreen) or the complexion stick, or another brand’s product, the problem just worsens. Pilling/rubbing/clumping skin care or make up products are my biggest ick and pet peeve, especially when a company advertises the product as being compatible with their other products. It’s obviously not if it’s pilling. To be clear: I always put this on to a clean face with nothing else on it, so there’s no reason the issue should be happening. I don’t know if this issue is a second-hand effect of the product separating, or the dispenser not allowing the product to mix together, or what but it’s very frustrating.

I was super excited to buy this product! I am a fan of other Merit products but unfortunately the moisturizer has a odd smell to it, almost stale. Additionally even after a few days of my skin adjusting, I still have dry/ashey parts of my skin at the end of a day. I had really high hopes but I dont think I will be ordering again
