This sounds funny, but I feel like these Colostrum supplements love me and want to care for me. (I mean, that's what colostrum was created for...) Colostrum is such a nourishing food and it's a blessing to have these! Here’s a photo of my current supplement lineup. I’m currently taking 24 total capsules a day! I’m feeling healthier, stronger, less brain fog/forgetfulness, better sleep, more energy (though I still have a long way to go on that front). It’s hard to pinpoint precisely where the credit is due, since I introduced a plethora of supplements at once, as well as other lifestyle changes: eating as animal-based as possible (as much as finances etc allow), watching the sunrise and sunset to improve my circadian rhythm, getting more sunlight, being outside more, reducing EMF exposure, staying hydrated, completely eradicating seed oils and gluten from my diet, avoiding processed foods, etc. And customer service is truly excellent—they’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate me, and have supplied detailed personalized support and advice, not canned responses. I have been dealing with gut issues for many, many years. I was looking for quality supplements and stumbled across Ancestral. Decided to give the colostrum a try because what would really be the harm? Totally didn't expect to feel better in DAYS. Start slow. I absolutely love Ancestral Supplements Colostrum. I feel great and have noticed drastic health improvements since incorporating this product (and other AS blends) into my daily diet. I am really glad I gave this supplement line a try as my health leveled up considerably even after being Zero Carb for 3 years and having restored myself to great health from SAD diet. I noticed that old yoga injuries, aches, and pains began to disappear. Skin issues finally began to clear up and my muscle tone became more defined only after starting these supplements. When I first contacted ancestral supplements I explained to them what my diet was, I was already eating liver , beef, egg yolks, raw kefir and butter everyday. I asked them if they recommend I buy any supplements from them. They told me that it sounded like I was already on a great path and to hold off for now to see how I felt.
