I bought these detox pads to help with pain & sleep. I used them last night & really impressed. I waited for my spouse to try them at the same time. Thinking the results would be the same. Nope.I'll explain more in my video review. In the meantime, if you're thinking about purchasing these pads, stop thinking, as Nike says " Just Do It." They absorb very well. Very sleek & not bulky. The results are amazing. Will continue to use. Video review to come. 2 come in each small sleeve & fun to do with others. All results differ per person. More reason I believe they are true & honest results

These foot pads are over hyped honestly but they do take care of the necessary like pulling guck out of your body far as putting you too sleep ii wouldn't say they do like I expected but it is good for other things

Trying it out. So far it is giving a warm feeling at the bottom of my feet. Make sure it sticks and cover up with a footie. As u can see it tends to pull out toxins from the bottoms of your feet.

Hello I accidentally bought these thinking it would help go to sleep and they really don’t have that . I follow direction and after 2 to 3 hours I am still awake looking at the ceiling, but it pulling out detox because pad change. I wear all night with 🧦 . Maybe it just my body and it may different for you.
