I have been in contact with you folks to have the clip replaced that broke on the very first use of the bag. Only to find out you no longer have the black clip available. Hence, I had to go with Grey. I'm waiting to receive, but kind of bummed that they won't be the same color and it's not like the bag is "old" I purchased it and used it the same week that I received it. I purchased the bag because my daughter suggested it and I had also bought one for my niece for her graduation. The sale price was good compared to what I had previously paid. I'm happy the clip is being replaced, but not starting off on a good note with the quality of the bag. Time will tell. The response on the emails was very prompt which was a plus....however there was no way to get me the clip before I traveled back home so I had to travel with the bag not working properly.

This is my fourth purchase 1 mini perfect as an added carry on, 1 40L for international or one bag travel. Great to keep your things safe, dry and secure! 1 40L as a gift to a friend for her upcoming travels and I added the mesh pouches and dop kit. Those were also grea t quality and very useful. I love a bag that I can wipe easily and the dop kit is perfect for that. The mesh pouch set was perfect for my accessories and claw clips and my chargers/cords. Love this brand so much!!!! Don't think about it...it's well worth the price.

Love this bag. Was just travelling for 8 days with it and could have lasted a few more (with laundry access). Had no problem checking it on the flight too. Only thing is I wish there was a water bottle holder, but not the end of the world.

I never do reviews but I had to for the Go Bag. I took the 40L Go Bag on a backpacking trip through Europe and it was perfect. It fit as a carry-on for all my flights so I saved money and it held so much more than I thought. I was able to carry about a weeks worth of clothes, toiletries, a pair of shoes, towel, first aid kit, umbrella, and souvenirs. The build quality of the bag is so great and it gave me peace of mind that the opening of the bag was against my back so I didn’t have to deal with people attempting to steal. Thé pockets around the inside and outside of the bag were extremely useful and helped keep stuff organized. The straps were comfortable and easy to adjust. This really is the perfect bag and I see myself purchasing another size to better fit my future travel needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I have 3 Baboons. They’re great. This one is as close to a baby blue as they’ve dropped, and I’m pretty fine w this! Great size, it looks cool, and you wouldn’t believe how many ppl ask at the airport what kinda bag it is.

The color looks great. The zipperes feel like heavy duty quality. The straps can be removed but needs a little force to do so. I managed to fit a lot of pants, shirts and a few dresses inside. Holds a lot of clothes. Its nice to carry it as a backpack. But I will say though, that the padding for the shoulder straps are thick, stiff and very firm. I'm not sure if it's just because it's brand new. But that makes me not want to carry it on my back for too long.
