I love, love, love these! The Strawberry Glow is so delicious! But so is the Citrus! And the Pineapple? Don't get me started on the pineapple! It's a win-win no matter which flavor you rock with- they're all great! The body and gut benefits are a super plus! I love bubbly drinks and they satisfy my want for a soda. Any added biotin I can give my hair and nails is a plus and the immunity from the citrus makes me feel like I'm keeping germs at bay. When I feel bloated or to keep from feeling bloated, I make sure to drink the ginger pineapple for guaranteed results.

The strawberry glow had a very light after taste of strawberry it is still very vinegar up front like the pink lady apple .. I couldn't really taste the pineapple in the ginger because of how subtle the pineapple was so it tastes like a mild version of the Ginger-Lemom flavor. The citrus one is very light and is actually a standalone in comparison to all the others I've tasted all in all from best to decent it would be Strawberry Glow CITRUS Ginger (because there was no difference in flavor from one Ginger to the next )

I really like the flavors of the Glow- Up Variety Pack. I have decided to drink this instead of sugary soda, and I love it. I wish I had tried this sooner. I definitely recommend this, especially if you're someone who wants a healthier alternative to soda.

I am a big fan of the normal kombucha packs (my favorite being the ginger/lemon/cayenne flavors)...but I was really disappointed with this pack. All three of the flavors had a very unappealing after taste that was almost artificial tasting. Would not recommend this specific product, but love other flavors.
