Im convinced people leaving bad reviews for the shampoo and conditioner do not have the hair type this product is made for. I have coarse, thick, and low porosity hair and let me tell you, i have not had a product make my hair feel so smooth in my life and ive bought the pricceeyyy stuff. Even if I let my hair air dry it still feels so soft. Id recommend blow drying your roots if you dont want your scalp to get oily as fast as it is a thicker shampoo (obviously) but this product has worked wonder for my hair!

My college-age daughter recommended Verb. Her hair is long and luscious; mine is short, colored, and dry. Somehow Verb adds gloss and softness, which I’ve never had before. It’s well worth the price.

I never had better hair than while using this combi shampoo/conditionner. I have bleached damaged hair and it’s almost like it resuscitated them lol !!! They feel brand new, i use the revlon leave in hydrating spray after and my hair are so pretty. I will try the glossy spray next when i’m finished. Hopefully it’s as good!!

Have been a VERB fan for years but this was the first time trying the GLOSSY series. My hair is super soft and so easy to brush! I do have a lot of hair and it is hard to manage. These left my hair glossy from the first use! I loved it so much that I bought a second pair right away!

DO NOT BUY NEW FORMULATION! I've used this shampoo/conditioner combo for a long time now and raved about it. So I finally purchased the larger bottle size, but the new formulation is awful. It doesn't foam up at all and I used 2-3x MORE shampoo to clean my hair as before. My hair always ends up dirty feeling and heavy after using this, as if I only cleaned it with water. I do not think this shampoo formulation actually cleans hair. I tried contacting support about my concerns and they didn't care whatsoever, boo verb!

Really really thick. I usually use the Ghost shampoo and conditioner but thought I'd try this because my gray hair is feeling sort of dull. But the shampoo is soo thick it takes two hands to fight it out of the bottle. Is anyone else's like this? I had to stop using it because it was too much effort, so I can't really speak to the benefits.

I really love using the Glossy shampoo because I don't need to use conditioner with it. I have been using it for a couple of years and I don't recall exactly how I figured this out. It is so hydrating and since I dislike using conditioner I couldn't be happier. I use styling products (Ghost oil and Ghost Heat prep) too and get great results every time.

No complaints here. Been using this every other day - I don't wash my hair every day - and I like that it doesn't make my hair feel dry. I do have blue semi-permanent color in parts of my hair and while fading isn't a huge deal for me, I don't see much with this shampoo.

This wouldn't even go through my hair, it was runny and soaked right through. The conditioner wasn't much better. And it left a terrible feeling build up on my hair.
