Hello! So I ordered my favorite shampoo and conditioner, ghost. The package came in and it only contained the shampoo. I emailed, it wasn’t responded until a week later after my 2nd email. Erica helped me and she replaced my order and even added in some cute freebies! So that was awesome! I’m only giving 4 stars because I just received the conditioner, but the pump is broken! Ugh. I’m going to ask if they can just send me a new pump because dang, I cannot win here. Moving forward, I’ll find a store to physically buy Verb. Haven’t been happy when ordering online. The product itself though is amazing and that’s why I continue buying it.

I love this shampoo along with the ghost conditioner! Smells amazing and lathers very well. Using both together make my hair so soft and shiny. I typically air dry my hair, with my old products it would be frizzy and I would have to load products to make it more sleek. Such a noticeable difference on my first time using the products. They really mean lightweight!! I have very long, straight, balayage blonde hair. I’m sold on VERB! Never going back to my old hair care routine

Prob haven’t been using it long enough to give a complete review. My hair is thin and lifeless and I live in the Southeast where right now it is Hot and Humid. My hair goes flat and limp. I use Verb volumizing tonic so thought I’d try this shampoo. I really haven’t seen a difference
