The faux leather is really quite soft and well made. Purse is big enough for a laptop and a Stanley, which were my main requirements. Love the backpack-strap option!

Omg, I love this bag, first of all the quality is out of this world. I have never had a silkier, smoother bag. At first, I wasn't sure I like it because I never bought a Silver bag, but as I use it everyday the color just grew on me. Its very Spacious and it fits any and everything that I want to carry.

I was given this as a new work bag. There was a really minor problem with the interior clasp on the inside of the bag. Th replaced the whole bag no question asked. I am a high school science teacher and carry a computer, tablet, planner and two textbooks plus my personal stuff like wallet and keys, this holds everything. I have gotten so many compliments on the appearance and it is comfortable. I love it, I will be getting another color at some point just because I love it so much

1- exterior is so buttery soft, like a baby&#39;s cheek. 2- I saw complaints about it &quot;slouching&quot; versus standing upright (probably made by the same people who nag their husbands into slouching versus being erect). This is just from shipping. I was able to form it by pushing out the corners and it sat on its base correctly. It does still flop a bit, but it&#39;s a super soft (but thick) vegan leather so it&#39;s going to do that if it&#39;s empty. I also filled the base with canned goods and hung it up by it&#39;s straps for a few days to train it (sometimes you have to use heavy things to force compliance). My grandma taught me that and I&#39;ve always done it with new bags (men, whatever). 3- the teal lining is a gorgeous color and goes with the silver just beautifully 4- the end pockets on each side are big enough to hold a 32 oz yeti-type tumbler full of water, wine, vodka, whatever. 5- my 17 inch computer fit like a glove in the laptop sleeve 6- all the zippers slide smoothly. I&#39;m a huge fan of the one at the bottom that turns the back side pocket into a luggage sleeve. Just love that because who ever carries only one bag? 7- no funny smell 8- I hate for my bag to sit on the ground so the trivets on the bottom were a deal-maker for me 9- the adjustable strap for the crossbody or backpack styles is easily attached and the length adjusts without pulling a muscle or cussing. 10- overall, a great bag. Now bring back the Cranberry so I can get one for my daughter and we can all quit complaining that the hot pink bag is beyond our grasp.

I absolutely love this bag! I love that I can buy it in sets and all the pieces match! I hope to see more colors and patterns with silver hardware.
