It’s a really nice beautiful bag but I didn’t realize how big the holes would be on the top. I can stick my whole hand in the bag with the zipper fully closed. Hopefully nothing falls out! I also wish there was a small zip pocket. Every other bag I’ve had has a zip pocket that’s the perfect size for cash and credit cards. There is only one zip pocket in the whole bag and it’s the giant one in front. Still rating 4 stars because it was partially my fault for not paying attention to the photos.

Absolutely would recommend this bag to anyone who wants versatility. I take the Gemini to work, graduate school, and day trips. It fits all of the various necessities with ease, whether that be my 16inch MacBook Pro, full size clipboard folder, another small bag, my 40oz water bottle, or other trinkets I find. I ordered the XL straps just because I like my backpack style a bit looser than what the regular straps offer as a plus size girly. I am so excited to get that 😍

I'm a very loyal shopper to many purse brands and do not tend to look outside of my favorites. I have seen the White Elm products online a number of times and liked the look of the bags and the versatility of the Gemini Backpack. I decided to take a change and bought the bundle in coffee and an additional backback strap as that would be how I'd use it most. When I received the product it was shipped beutifully packaged and overall was satisfied with the appearance of the backpack. I used it for my first working trip to Palm Springs this past weekend and did not find it to be as accommodating with the space as I'd hoped. I have a smaller Tumi back pack that fits my items much more successfully. I am now finishing packing for a second work trip in less than a week to Toronto and I already have a crack in the vegan leather where the backpack strap meets the bag. Literally one week of use and there is damage. I'm careful with my bags and bring my dust cover to put it in when on planes. It is always protected. I'm so frustrated. I will not recommend this product to anyone as most of my friends and colleagues have similar needs in bag storage and durability. It was not an inexpensive gamble and I regret it.

I don't usually carry big bags. I decided to get the Gemini instead of the mini. I am so glad I did. I like to carry just one bag to work. I bought the coffee brown color, Gemini. This bag carries it all. Including my lunch, coffee, water and everything else I need for the day. I love the feel of the leather and the inside of the bag. I love I can carry it different ways. Not to mention it's beautiful. 😍 Thank you! Highly recommend White Elm!

The Gemini is everything I want in a bag! As a bag nerd, I'm always on the lookout for bags that are cute and can hold all the things in an organized way and this bag is a GEM. The fact that I can carry it as a backpack or a tote bag, it can hold literally everything I need for a day at the office and it's beautiful, makes it the perfect bag. White Elm doesn't disappoint in their color choices for the exterior or the interior of the bags - they are gorgeous and I so wish I could afford one of each! But for now I'll just be content with the one I was able to afford 🙂

Unfortunately, the seam attaching the piece connecting the top hook for the backpack strap is already tearing apart. I have another gemini backpack in another color that I’ve used regularly for over three years and the seams have held up on that old one without a problem (even with more items packed in it), so I believe there must be a defect with the seam/stitching of this new backpack since it is already falling apart after only 5 days of use. I emailed customer support to request to exchange it for a replacement or return it for a refund several days ago but have not received a response. I am quite disappointed since I have loved these bags and had a sense of brand loyalty - several of my colleagues have bought them after seeing my old one.

I got this bag as the bags I was getting from Marshall’s would fall apart after a couple of months and I just needed to carry more on my commute. Now I can carry it all! My smoothie cup has a Spot on the outside, my lunch box fits, my book, my wallet, any work I unfortunately bring home, and I can even store some ambition in there too! It’s so lovely to actually have a bag that meets my needs and then some! 10/10

The Gemini bag is so cute. It fits everything my 40 ounce brumate, my 13 inch MacBook Air, my iPad and all my school essentials. I love The multiple ways of wearing the bag it is so convenient. I got this with the extra long strap because I am bigger in body and it is perfect. The bag is very sturdy and built to last. Don’t let me get started on the great organization! Chefs Kiss!
