The thickness is alright and and the dimensions are as advertised. The sheets are powder coated but then for some reason they are covered in a plastic film that is rippled and wrinkled. After a year or so that film will harden and start flaking away. And if you paint it you'll have to peel it off.

If you want to spend about an hour and a half cussing and angry then buy this and put it together. I actually love the garden bed and would recommend. Make sure you have a helper and a 10mm wrench. I put this together by myself, not smart. Highly recommend this product and an extra set of hands.
