Important Notes:

Point 1: This fryer is also equipped with a reset button. When the fryer operates without any contents (dry heating), it will automatically trigger a power-off protection. You will need to press the reset button to resume use. The reset button is indicated by the red circle in the first image below.

Point 2: When installing the fryer head, do not fasten it too tightly, otherwise the appliance will not function properly. For detailed installation instructions, please refer to the second image below, which contains important installation notes.
