I’ve never had such a hard time trying to cancel an auto shipment has I’ve had with these people! The product doesn’t work for me has advertised and I definitely don’t want to keep receiving and being charged for more blades every month. I think you need to change your policy or do something different.

First couple times of use was concerning as it didn't cut as close as expected. Used it both on my face and groin area but again not as close as expected. Thought would give it more use and ended up going past my return time so stuck with it.

Never received replacement blades I was charged for and had to block payments due to not being able to contact the company before. They continued taking my auto payments. Had to by a differ brand razor because Freebird never delivered on replacement blades.

This shaver works as advertised. The refills show up on time, with plenty of communication to let you know it’s coming . Heads are easy to clean. I use it almost everyday. Smooth shaved head in 2-3 minutes. No fuss.

I really like the Freebird and after switching back and forth, I finally gave up the razor. The Freebird is fast, easy-to-clean and does a good job. I also love the beard trimming attachments. Been using it for about a year and I'm going to stick with it.

I’ve been using this shaver for over a couple of years now. It is the best, easy to clean and thorough shave I’ve had thus far. I lost my hair completely during chemo treatments and the shaver was recommended by my brother and nephew, who use to make fun of my partial outgrown hair/nubs. I just wish that this company would tailor a scent for women! I am so not a sweet florally woman, but a woman who loves herbally scents such as fresh cut grass, lemon grass, etc., that’s my only negative. Do not wish to walk around smelling like sandalwood; a dude, especially if I’m decked out in a <span class="jdgm--censored jdgm--censored-profanity">****</span> dress with heels and a little makeup! Please note: Personally, I AM NOT VAIN, nor do I want my sexuality questioned; to each his own. Long story short, the shaver does a better job than my local barber and when done, I still look like a <span class="jdgm--censored jdgm--censored-profanity">****</span> woman without sideburns!
