I can't resist criss crossing ankle straps! And, these heels have perfectly designed ankle straps and a forefoot consisting of three, criss crossing straps secured with a center knot. The 4-1/2" heel is paired with a 1/2" platform, for what I call a "heel height equivalent" of 4". That's simply the difference between the heel height and the platform height. The greater the difference between the two values, the steeper the foot angle when wearing the shoes. I'm definitely at the "more mature" end of the age spectrum for aficionados of sexy heels! So, a 4" overall heel elevation is about the limit of what I find comfortable and "walking friendly." The overall appearance and fit of the Flair-436 is , very classy, very sexy, and very comfortable elegance! I also own the now discontinued Delight-638, with 6" heels and a 1-3/4" platform, and a similarly designed criss crossing ankle straps. I love them as well, but with the 4-1/4" heel height equivalent, compared to the Flair-436, I find the 6" heel height and nearly 2" platforms a bit heavy and clunky to walk in, and the shoes less stable. Pleaser manufactures and sells a superior line of high quality, attractive, and sexy footwear that greatly surpass the competition's offerings. Buy the Flair-436s! You won't be disappointed!

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. They are fairly comfortable and I love that the insole is a fabric so if you sweat your foot grips even more. In Pleaser sandals I wear a 7 but my normal shoe size is 6 or 6.5

These fit perfectly and are really easy to walk in. The padded insole makes it pretty comfortable and helps support the foot. The straps are a little painful if you have bony ankles so beware if this is a sensory issue for you. Dancing is pretty easy in them, I still need to break them in but there is a decent amount of grip on the bottom (maybe slash them up or grind on concrete if you truly need more grip). Overall I'm super happy with them!

I really do like these heels! They are very sexy on, but the ankle straps are not long enough for my ankles. It's a struggle to get them buckled.

I had gotten the white and I really like them…. I wish I could have found the solid strap that goes over my feet and toes but alas I couldn’t find. I had these many yrs ago, so bought them again. I do love them and wear them often, but if Pleasure shoes’s gets the solid strap in, I hope to get them for they are a bit more comfortable. Thank you 😊
