I learned the hard way about choosing size for these straps. I started with the largest, then the mid size and finally the smallest one, which worked very well. This hshod be emphasized better on the website.

Glued my hands to the bar for RDLs, taking grip completely out of the picture, just like I’d hoped. Also, these things are indestructible. The last pair of straps you’ll need. Highly recommended!
