If you have a flat foot,size up i wear a 9.5/10 but i had to return for a size 11. Shipping is okay,im in Tx. But a plus is if you have to return, it’s very simple no hassle. Overall so far , haven’t worn yet, shoe is nice .

I bought the same size 9. This 501 is 1-inch taller than 401 but doesnt fit as snugly, so there is a gap. Beautiful comfy shoe but sizing is not consistent
