Let me start with the positives. This does leave a great scent and seems to help keep my clothes less wrinkled. But, the reformulation wasn’t a good thing in my opinion. It is way too thick and it leaves a residue on my clothes and in my washer. I’ve tried mixing it with hot water and adding hot water in the place in the washer where I put the conditioner and that hasn’t helped at all. Please think of another reformulation. I love the detergents but as of now this is a no go.

Not sticky or slimy. Fragrant but not perfume-y. A little goes a long way. Simply perfect!

They revamped the conditioner to a new lightweight formula which I was so excited about and love. But with my next order the 2 bottles of conditioner I received were the old thick formula once again. I contacted Laundress to address the issue, sent pics they requested and they informed me that freezing temps could make conditioner thicken and to dilute with warm water. Really, freezing temps at the beginning of September?! I am a good consistent customer but no more. Terrible customer service!

I have been with this company for I guess 6 years. This one bottle is definitely defective and they said “ just add warm water as it looks like it was frozen. I live in Ca and no it never froze. When I try to stir it or mash the particles, it is oily and I have to use soap to get it off my hands. In the wash it comes out in clumps.

I’ve received so many compliments from family members while visiting. They always ask “what laundry detergent and softener do you use?” It smells of elegance in the air and the clothes are super duper soft…even the towels. The whites always blows my mind…like they are totally totally white. I wish the white detergent were sold in gallon form. I just purchased the stain solution, NO. 723 detergent and softener. I’m not quite sure what’s the difference from the classic detergent/ softener; but I’m excited to see. Laundress is what you call “washing with etiquette…” Thank you dearly!
