Wish the old formulations were back. This seems a bit rougher on my clothes. My Lunya silk seems to be wearing more quickly with washing than it did in the before times. Plus, since the new formulation is less concentrated, you get less per bottle. That being said, I have yet to find anything better during the Laundress reboot. Still a loyal, albeit, less enthused customer.

Super easy to use, delicate/gentle to hands and clothes, leaves a soft fragrance that’s great. Overall super satisfied and would buy it again, however it didn’t remove as well harder stains (tomato sauce) or dirty socks.

What a shame that The Laundress changed their product quality from the creamy white liquid to now a clear liquid that could be like any other detergent you find at a grocery store. The smell of the detergent is also not as strong and the size of bottles that they are now using are smaller than before, yet the price has not changed. Comparing my older bottles with the new bottles of detergent, although they say have the same amount, the bottle size is smaller now. The product has lost its luxurious high end appeal. People who pay the prices for The Laundress want to feel that they are getting a product of higher quality. Unfortunately, this product is now more mainstream and not at the level it once was.

I have been using The Laundress products for years and exclusively wash my delicates with this. I rarely go to the dry cleaners because along with the Wool and Cashmere wash I can do it all!!!

I wash all of my delicates with Delicate wash and will never change from that routine. It is delicate, it does brighten, it makes the garments so soft.

I wash most of my clothes by hand, I discovered Delicate Wash a few years ago and I love it, I used to use Wollite, but since using The Laundress Delicate Wash I am hooked! Cleans gently and smells wonderful, wouldn’t use anything else!

I bought this several years ago when Faith Hill said it was one of her favorite things. I've been hooked on it ever since. The Lady scent is the best smelling detergent on the market. It's not overpowering but light and feminine. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes too. I like the smell so much that that I add it to water and use it to wipe down everything in my home from counters to walls.

I absolutely loved the original scent. I wish they had sold it in a gallon form. This one seems different. Please bring back the original scent it had and the delicate spray as well. It had such a pretty feminine scent to it.
