I wanted to pass along my experience with one of your products I received in a mystery boxfrom verb. com. When I washed (with Verb Ghost shampoo) out the Verb exfoliator as instructed, my scalped burned and large chunks of hair came out with it. It took 3 days for the pain to leave my scalp. And while I normally do loose some hair in each shampooing, this was almost 10x as much as I typically lose. I’m very disappointed with the product, but more importantly concerned for others who may experience the same thing.

I have to say that I really like this product. I used it for the first time today and my scalp felt so soft and my hair looks so shiny. I feel so much healthier. I also did combine with a glossy and shine set. I highly recommend their products as I receive many compliments on my hair today.

I used this product to help with the dry itchy scalp I get especially in the winter months. It goes on really precisely with the nozzle design and is very easy to use. It has a light pleasant scent and disperses nicely when massaged over the scalp. It has worked really well helping to soothe my scalp while being gentle with my sensitive skin. I am using this 3-4 times monthly and really like it.

This is my first scalp serum/exfoliator I've ever used - I think it works! Personally I can't tell a huge different before/after use, but it hasn't had a bad reaction with my scalp and my hair isn't extra oily or anything. Will continue to use!

Was excited to try this product, I'm a frequent user of dry shampoo to extend my hair days with an oily scalp and was needing something to refresh my scalp and this definitely does the trip. My scalp isn't itchy and it feels so healthy and clean. The smell isn't pleasant but worth ignoring with how amazing my hair feels
