I bought this after seeing a friends S330 lock and being shown the app and thought it was a pretty slick system. I carefully researched the product and ended up purchasing 3 locks for the entire house. The features and functionality work great, but I cannot get the battery to last more than a week or 2 before it has to be charged. I've only had the devices for 3 months and have had to charge it 4 or 5 times now. They even sent me a new device and battery thinking it might be defective, but still no better. Almost worse. I have all the video settings and sensitivity ratcheted down to low levels without turning off the video all together. Battery life is nothing close to what they claim on their site. When the battery is near depleted, the app sends you a notification every 2 minutes telling you to charge the battery and so I've got alarms going off on all my devices. If I'm not at home, and can't pull the battery, the alerts keep going non-stop until I do get home to pull the battery. If you were at work all day, you could see how this would be a huge annoyance. Also, the battery takes hours to charge, so if you don't have a second battery, your electronic entry is going to be down for half the day. I'm bummed because when it's charged, the system works great, but it's too big of a hassle to take the battery out and charge my front door lock every week. The worst part is I went all in on the S330 and a couple other eufy locks (non video-which work fine) but at this point I want to get rid of all of them.

I chose this item because I own other eufy products. I have no problem with the item I'm sure it operates well. UPS DELIVERED MY ITEM TO THE WRONG LOCATION AND NOW I'M LEFT HOLDING THE BAG. It is 01/22/24 and I still don't have my product nor a refund IVE BEEN SCAMMED!

Got my lock and it was sealed brand new. Very happy with the purchase and good discount. Very happy and love this lock. Rechargeable battery is the best. I was tired of changing batteries. This battery is amazing and last a long time. Very satisfied. Fingerprint works great and camera saves locally.

Looks to be of good quality i will update if i can later down the road but for now it's good does need an s380 homebase 3 to get the AI benefits but you can still save your footage in the chime, but other than that good video quality no issues so far and pulls up live view quickly
