Quality of work: Keeps my tile floors feeling so clean. Does a good job of keeping the carpets clean too. I have pets so I do maintenance on the e28 once a week (clearing dirty water tanks, removing hair from the unit) sometimes it leaves behind little clumps of hair but it’s not the end of the world.
Capacity: If you have pets you might need to clean out the dust bin 1-2x a week. The clean water take lasted me a week and a half.
Design: Very cool looking in my home.
Size: It’s average size I suppose for a mop vac. Make sure you have a designated spot for it and at least 1.5 ft open space around the front and sides of the unit.

So far I'm really enjoying teh E28. The vacuum is super powerful, and the mop does a great job on our hardwood floors. It handles corners suprisngly well thanks to that little side arm that sticks out. The AI is very helpful. It can tell the difference between floor types and lifts the mop when it goes over rugs or carpet, which is a nice touch.
It does occasionally get tripped up on things like toys or chair legs, and sometimes it goes over the same sports more than once. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.
One thing I wish was that it was easier to clean a second floor. Rightn ow, I have to start it in the app, wait for it to prep the mop and leave the base, then pause it and carry it upstairs. It would be more convenient if it could start up and come to the edge of the stairs and wait to be moved. Also, when it's done cleaning upstairs, it just keeps wandering around looking for the base instead of stopping. This is another time it could come to the edge of the stairs and wait to be brought back.
Even with those little quirks, this vacuum is awesome! I actually get excited when I have an excuse to use it. It makes quick cleanups way easier and helps maintain a clean house.

Purchased a X8 Pro - SES. Worked fine for the first 12 months. At 14 months the unit developed a wheel module error that could not be cleared. Customer service reported that the necessary parts to repair the unit were not available. So a discount for a new unit was offered. So I ordered a new L60 Hybrid SES unit. After waiting a couple of weeks, I called Customer Support and was lied to. They said the new unit was coming. The new unit was in the warehouse preparing to ship. After waiting another couple of weeks and no shipment arrival. We chose to cancel our order.
