It worked awesomely for about 2/3 hours , then the water intake mechanism broke , killing all the pressure . Deciding if I should purchase another one only after breaking after 3 hours ???? Ruined my Saturday !

So I received this pressure washer a couple of days ago and there’s a defect in the manufacturing so I called the manufacturer. They said reach out to TikTok and let them know what’s going on with the machine is a 2800 is a really nice machine if I can get the hose back as you see in the pictures.

Horrible support. The turbo nozzle I received is defective. Leaking right where you see the washer protruding. Basic part but of stock. The support team told me to check back in a month. Not that they will notify me. I have to check back and try to get it shipped out.

I was very hopeful to have a handy small pressure wash for sample washing on my log home contracting biz. Sadly it won't pressure up, keeps running after I let off trigger, pump is extremely hot. Definitely not a good experience so I am sending back. Product quality: Terrible

My system came without the bolts to attach the wheels. Rather than giving me the option of simply receiving the missing part they want to refund and ship the whole unit back. Why? This is crazy.

This thing is no joke. I bought this by accident checking out the sales and coupons so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was easy to assemble and much more powerful than I dreamed it would be. It gets bugs and dirt off no problem. Cleans out the wheel wells with ease. My old p/w just played pattycake with the dryed on dirt. This thing can get rocks out of the tire treads!!! But that might not be a good idea... I'm very pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I would pay double for this now that I know what it's capable of.
