It comes with two chain. One of them are larger than it should be and the other one is smaller, so both of them don’t fit to have the saw working for I’m so frustrated.

This works better than expected. The clippers cut through about a half inch branch with no trouble at all. The chainsaw is powerful enough for larger branches up to a few inches.The only issues with it are that the heads are difficult to put on and off. It almost seems like the track is off a bit or something. The pole adjusts to a good height but it wants to slip back inside itself unless you are really fast at securing it. Once it is together and extended it works quite well. I will be using it a lot. I hope the batteries last and don't start losing charge fast but so far they are ok.
