Seems like a great bike, but mine came in with the packaging kind of messed up. The styrofoam adhered to and ruined the seat. And I’m also missing the cable for my charger. Would’ve given more stars if I didn’t have these issues. If the battery dies I can’t even charge it.

The petals won’t screw on. A button on the handlebars is broken off missing from package. Missing nuts to fasten the speedometer to the handlebars. Installing directions aren’t clear and don’t display enough diagrams to know what you’re doing. Very disappointed considering the amount spent on the product.

Bike just arrived yesterday. Works fine but the M button controller was broken upon arrival. I need to get a replacement. Edit to 5 stars, because customer service contacted me and is shipping me a replacement part. I’m satisfied and pleased with their customer service.

So I think the bike is good for the price the only complains I have is the front forks there kinda cheap the back suspension is nice and I got the bike up too 30 miles per hour and I weigh 240 so not bad And the hardest part was putting on the front tire cause of the caliper u wanna spread it apart

nice bike but there were several scratches & scrapes on the body of the bike when we removed it from box. it almost looks used. love the bike but upset that it has damage to it straight out of the box. i would like for it to be replaced if possible. it was very expensive to be damaged. help please

Hello Drift slide company I am please with your e-bike everything is nice it’s just that my lcd display it not showing my speed and you guys only sent me one bolt that clamp the lcd onto my bars so there’s only one hold hanging the lcd display on to my bars & my throttle is shaking like I don’t know what to do if you can send replacement parts out . Like I said I’m please with your bike and I’m willing to leave a 5 star review it’s just I’m missing those things.

Bike is great but received with a cracked screen internally. Doesn’t affect ride. Supplier agreed to send a screen replacement! Problem resolved quickly!

Bought 3 and have set up 2 of them. First one is great but the second had broken wires at the main screen. We will se if any parts are available but kind of disappointed so far. Received a timely response and replacement parts are on their way. Also a very easy fix.
