Had an issue with the bike breaking in less than 2 days. The company was no help in trying to fix it. Not only do you have to pay to have it shipped to you you have to pay to ship it back for a refund. Even with having insurance you’re not allowed to make a claim. It was an awful experience

Quit honestly this bike so far is a really good build and comfortable to ride. I have never owned a ebike before and that pedal assist is really nice. I have so far went to the park and ran a few errands as well and it took a little getting use to traffic but the bikes speed was plenty for me

Well when we first received the bike my son was so excited to have it and couldn’t wait to use it this coming summer but as we were putting it together I’m not sure what happened but the throttle area was damaged or what happened to it but doesn’t work at all. Matter of fact when we assembled it would not even go because the brake part is influenced by the throttle or something and cause it to not work at all so I feel so bad because we had paid quiet a bit for his Christmas present and he didn’t even get to use it I don’t know what we can do ?

Bike doesn't work as an Ebike and they will not give me a refund even after doing everything they asked me to do and I even sent them a video. I'm now waiting on tiktok for my refund. I am a single mom and this was my son's only present, o and a helmet I bought and told him he had to wear.
