Great addition to gym gear. Created stability and locks in the heat that helps with elbow pain associated with heavier lifts.Wraps work best for me over the sleeves, I like having the ability to adjust the tightness. Very pleased.

I bought the Villain elbow wraps because I was experiencing some pain on the outside of my elbow where the tricep connects. After using the Villian wraps only 2x, I don’t feel any pain in that area anymore!! These wraps are a game changer!

Wow! I am over the moon with my product! The quality is the best I've come across, the wraps and the elbow sleeves I bought previously, But more importantly I feel was the after care team and the service they provide, a wee issue with one of the products (it happens) unavoidable some time! I got these due to the length (I’m not huge but other brands offerings seemed way to short-not much longer than wrist wraps!) and fastening system, and Tuff also supports BCRF- recently started deadlifting and squatting to fundraise after my partner was diagnosed with terminal cancer-but just went back to bench press after some time using plate loaded machines….immediately added 7.5kg to my 1rm-without training for it! Not as uncomfortable as I thought they’d be either, although I’d suggest just wearing them for a set at a time… The loop system means I can put them on easily myself too. All things considered, a great acquisition.
